  • The OG Witches Shoe - $350

    The design of this blade was inspired by an illustration from a fairytale book I had as a child.

    Elements in the design I focused on was the curve in the heel - for a better pinch grip.

    A chamfer on the heel for finger protection.

    The tip is extra pointy which makes it especially useful for meat prep. I also incorporated an extra length handle for varied control

    This 2 tone version is a once off I do occasionally. The first one had a Black and White synthetic handle and was called Wednesday. She now lives in Canada.

    The blade pictured here has an African Blackwood handle with Purple heart. There will always just be one with this combination.

    These are special and will make for an excellent gift.

  • Stiletto stye dagger

    I like to play around with different techniques while I create my work. This blade and guard was heat colored to a straw color. This does not affect the temper as i do not go beyond temper temperatures.

    Blade is forged from 80CRV2 with a 1000 grit polished finish.

  • Beautifully shaped handle

    Here I tried something different. Handle is shaped from Snakebean with an African Blackwood inlay. The spacer is Red & Black G10 with an heirloom fit.

  • Expert finish

    On the rear of the blade I put a quarter round finish for added effect.

    I love creating blades with some lore in their design. The dark accents of the handle materials makes me think of a rogue lurking in a bog going on dark adventures.

    The blade steel is fully forged 80CRV2 with a takedown construction. The steel is finished to an 800 grit matt finish.

  • Dark Handle Materials

    The timber component of the handle is shaped from 4000 year old bog oak while the center spacer is made from ~150 year old wrought iron of a wagon wheel. The 3mm spacers are 1070 while the pommel is shaped from roller bearing steel.

    The steel guard was shaped from reclaimed leaf spring. All steel handle components were oil blackened for looks and corrosion protection. My logo is etched in with ferric chloride.
